Is it me or has Alan Sugar finally lost it? How can Howard be accused of being risk aversive? How can he put up with Kate, or Deborah ? Come on everybody James is the man, bit of a twit? yes but the only honest one left!

Was today a good day?

I spent most of the day working with some people who had been through some difficult times. I got some great comments back and it was nice to know that I helped someone find and deal with their fears. Hopefully they will go on to follow through with their thoughts. I was also asked do I constantly psychoanalyse people? Well not constantly but I guess it is a professional hazard!
